CrazedConcepts do an excellent job at providing great service and keep you updated on your product every step of the way. Sent my console out, got a email notification it was received, when service was done, and when it has been shipped, along with when i should receive my console back with tracking information included.

They have excellent customer service and are very informative and kind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the great service they provide.

Excellent work! Sent out my console Monday, got an email when they recieved my console (Wednesday), the next day they sent me an email letting me know the work was complete and everything tested well and later the same day got an email stating my iten has shipped along with a tracking #, got it back the following Monday in perfect condition (actually cleaner than when I sent it) with my original firmware on a CD-R. Very profesional work and highly recommend them to anybody in need of some repair/modification work done to their precious gaming systems.. Thank again!
